Each and every day there are people in our community who are quietly doing good things to make our community better – safer, healthier, more inclusive, unified for the common good. These are people and/or organizations who go above and beyond, with little fanfare or expectation of being praised or recognized. Yet they are essential to our well-being. We want to honor them at the 34th Annual Good News Breakfast on April 22nd, 2025 7:29am 

We are seeking nominations for “Creating Positive Change for Jeffco”

Please nominate a special person (or group) who has done good works without receiving pay **or expecting praise or recognition that have:

1. Open to all ages, those who are based in, living in, or serving Jeffco;

2. Made noteworthy contribution(s) to improve the quality of life of others;

3. Improved and/or positively affected the lives and living conditions of individuals in our community; and

4. Went above and beyond to make a difference in their community and inspire others to give back.

**If the individual (s) is nominated for performing their job responsibilities, the nominator should explain how the individual(s) goes above and beyond job requirements.

To nominate an individual(s), group, or organization, please complete the attached nomination form and a 100-word (maximum) summary. We will use your written summary in the program materials. Please also include a photo related to the group or individual(s).

Nomination forms should be received no later than February 28th, 2025.
